Customer service is of the upmost importance. The priority is to cater to our clients depending on their needs. In this aspect, each client is different, each matter is different, and is always treated as such.
I love the research aspect of my job — reviewing cases, and pursuing answers to attorney and client questions.
The open communication with clients at Bloodworth Law helps my supervising attorneys determine the appropriate course of action and file handling procedure for each of our clients. I like being a part of that communication and process. It’s really all of us working together for one client, one case at a time.
