Mediation
Bloodworth Law also offers mediation through a Supreme Court Certified Circuit and County Mediator to resolve cases impartially for clients. Clients are offered an hourly rate for mediation by Of Counsel Attorney
Plaintiff Payment Options
Bloodworth Law offers Business, Trust, Probate, and Employment litigation clients on the Plaintiff side, four potential fee structures:
Hourly Fees: Bloodworth Law bills for time spent working on your case at an hourly rate paid as a case proceeds. Generally, a litigation deposit is required to begin work.
Flat Fees: Bloodworth Law discusses with a client what needs to be done and determines a flat price that a client pays one time for an entire project.
Contingency Fees: Bloodworth Law does not receive attorney fees unless and until the firm recovers money on a client’s behalf.
Hybrid Fees: a hybrid fee is a combination of an hourly fee and a contingency fee or flat fee.
Defendant Payment Options
Bloodworth Law provides different fee options for defendants including hourly fees or flat rate fees for cases in:
- Business litigation
- Trust litigation
- Probate litigation
- Employment litigation
The hourly fee offered to defendants is the traditional payment model for attorneys. The firm bills for the amount of time spent working on your file.
The reason Bloodworth Law offers options is so that clients receive the best legal services and make the right decisions for their legal situations.
