Who’s the Best Attorney for Your Lawsuit?

Hi, I’m attorney Reed Bloodworth, founding partner of Bloodworth Law, PLLC, located at 801 N Magnolia Ave, Suite 216, Orlando, Florida, 32803. Today I wanted to discuss who’s the best attorney for your lawsuit?

Best attorney for your caseThe Percentage of Time in Litigation

If you have a business lawsuit or trust or estate lawsuit, here are some questions you might ask your attorney. Begin by finding out what’s the percentage of time your attorney spends in litigation or in the courtroom? I spend 100 percent of my time focused on litigation for my clients.

Attorney’s Win-Loss Record

The next question that should be addressed? What’s the attorney’s win-loss record? I can tell you in the 14 years I’ve been practicing law that I’ve only had one instance where a client had a judgment entered against him.

2017 Client Case Recoveries

However, over the course of the last year, I’ve assisted clients in receiving recoveries of:

  • $417,000 from a business dispute
  • $385,000 from a trust dispute
  • $750,000 from a trust dispute
  • $723,000 from a business dispute
  • $435,000 from a will dispute (also known as probate litigation)

Have They Handled Your Type of Case?

Another very good question you should ask your attorney is have they ever handled a case like yours before? I’ve handled hundreds of business litigation cases, hundreds of trust and estate litigation cases. I’ve experienced many issues in both of those realms of litigation.

Time Practicing Law

Another very good question to ask is how many years has your attorney been practicing litigation? I’ve done nothing but practice litigation since 2004.

Reviews

An important question or area that you should explore is what type of reviews does your attorney have? I’m happy to report that I have excellent reviews. I’m a Martindale-Hubbell AV-rated attorney. I’ve been selected by Florida Trend’s Florida Legal Elite. I have a perfect score on AVVO (10.0 Superb), and my clients give me very favorable reviews online.
